Magellanic Cloud launches drone command and control center

Magellanic Cloud Ltd has announced the launch of a drone command and control center in Bengaluru. The facility, operated by Magellanic Cloud subsidiary ScanDron, serves as the monitoring and coordination center for all drone operations nationwide.  Using this control center, Magellanic Cloud can provide up-to-date information on drone flights, weather conditions, and airspace restrictions, according to a media release. The facility is also equipped with data analysis tools to examine the details of drone missions, improve routes, flight times, and safety, and ensure compliance with standards to protect data and allocate resources for optimal efficiency.    

E-surveillance, drone business synergy  Quoting Magellanic Cloud CEO Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma,  the statement said, “The launch of our command and control center in Bengaluru will bring synergy between our electronic surveillance and drone businesses. This will ensure that customers receive the highest quality services and solutions. The company’s products include logistics drones, agricultural spraying drones, and custom drones.
